US Orchestral Debut

Berkeley Symphony Orchestra will give the world premiere of ‘Disillusioned Dreamer’ at Zellerbach Hall, California, in what will be Hannah’s US orchestral debut, on 31 January 2019. The piece takes its title from a line in Ralph Ellison’s classical novel Invisible Man, which is the inspiration behind the new work. Conducted by Jonathon Heyward, the concert will also feature Britten’s ‘Four Sea Interludes’, and Bernstein’s ‘Age of Anxiety’ with pianist Andrew Tyson. See here for full programme notes.
